My Approach

I have trained as an integrative psychotherapist. I am interested in the depth of the human experience.

I offer a non-pathologising approach that takes into consideration the state of the world and your place in it.

I believe in the relational healing that can happen in the safe container of the therapeutic relationship.

How do I work?

  1. Trauma-Informed Care: I acknowledge the impact of trauma on your life and work together to create a safe and empathetic environment for healing. I believe in client autonomy and respect the pace you want to set.

  2. Existential Exploration: Together, we explore life's deeper questions and search for meaning, helping you navigate existential concerns and find purpose.

  3. Pluralistic Therapy: Utilising a flexible approach, we can tailor our sessions to incorporate different therapeutic techniques that best suit your individual needs.

  4. Intersectional Awareness: I honour and integrate the multiple aspects of your identity, ensuring that therapy is sensitive to the diverse factors influencing your mental health. I believe in having a 360 degree view of an individual and don’t believe any struggles or stress exist in a vacuum.

  5. Psychodynamic and Attachment-Based Therapy: By examining early relationships and unconscious processes, we gain insights into your current behaviors and emotional patterns to foster deeper understanding and growth.
